Rooms
Sixteen rooms, all redecorated since we took the hotel on. Fifteen are en-suite, and one has its own private bathroom just across the corridor. Doubles, twins, singles and two family suites. Prices and dates are on our booking page. Book direct and if your plans change, you talk to us.
Pick the one that fits.
Every room has a television, tea and coffee, a desk, free wifi, and towels and linen. All rooms are non-smoking. Five rooms are at ground level in the courtyard, and the rest are up stairs in the main house: more on access.
Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 11am.
Bringing a dog
Three of our rooms are set aside for dogs, free of charge. They open easily to the outside, and the river walk along the Annan is just behind the hotel. These rooms can only be booked directly with us: ring 01683 220013 or email and we will have one ready for you both. Keeping our other rooms dog free means guests with allergies can stay with us too.
Your dog can join you in the bar, at the dog friendly dining tables in the bar lounge, and in the courtyard.
Groups
Cycle tours, car clubs, wedding parties and family gatherings often take the whole house: sixteen rooms, eighteen bedrooms counting the twin rooms in the family suites. Ring or email and we will put a price together.
Booking and cancelling
A card secures the booking. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before you arrive; after that, the first night is charged. For Hogmanay and a few busy dates we may ask for a deposit. Booked through another website? Cancelling there is quickest.
