Overlooking the private courtyard at the rear of the hotel and away from the bustle of Moffat High Street, enjoy some well deserved peace and tranquillity.

All bedrooms have modern en-suite bathrooms or shower rooms. The majority of rooms have both bath and showers. Your complimentary luxury bath and shower soaps and gels are certified by ERP in line with our environmentally friendly policy.

To ensure a comfortable night’s sleep all the beds have pocket sprung mattresses and of course all rooms have complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, free Wifi, digital flat screen television, telephone and hair drier as standard.

So after a restful night, wake refreshed to see the sun rise over the Moffat Hills with the distant chime of St Andrew’s church clock beckoning you down to a hearty Scottish breakfast.

DOGS

Dogs are welcome at the Annandale. The hotel has 5 dog-friendly garden rooms that are very popular with pet owners so please book well in advance. The rooms on the first and second floors are strictly pet free, as is the restaurant, otherwise they are welcome to the bar / cafe areas. We have an exercise area at the rear of the hotel and further afield there are masses of local walks

NO SMOKING POLICY

All of our rooms are non smoking. Please do not smoke in any of the hotel bedrooms as it takes at least two days for the smell of smoke to clear and it is our policy to charge you for these two days. In Scotland, smoking in the hotel public areas is prohibited by law.
