If you have groups who are interested in exploring Southern Scotland and the Borders or if you are touring the country then come and visit Moffat. It is only as mile from the M6/74 and easy distance to Edinburgh and Glasgow. The Annandale Arms Hotel, with its award winning food, has many years experience of serving the coaching trade. Ideally situated in the centre of Moffat with its popular visitor attractions.Parking for coaches immediately in front of the hotel can be arranged given notice; otherwise there is a coach park nearby either way is free.

We can cater for up to 105 guests at one sitting in our first floor Function Suite.

Moffat has excellent motorway connections namely Junction 15, M74(M6) making it very accessible from Glasgow, Edinburgh and Newcastle, being conveniently placed for a stop-off.

Below is our High Tea Menu. We can also provide a wide range of lunch menus. Please feel free to ring and tell us your requirements. We are also happy to provide Morning Coffee and Homemade Shortbread, Bacon Rolls or Cream Teas.

Freshly baked cream cakes and scones are available and there is no charge for the driver.

This menu is only available if pre-ordered at least 24hrs in advance as our cakes a baked fresh. Minimum order of 20 people.

Fillet of Haddock served with chips and petit pois

Roast Chicken

(roast chicken breast served with homemade sage and onion stuffing ball, cocktail sausage, two vegetables and roast potatoes and gravy)

(prime scotch beef braised in a rich Broughton Ale gravy with mushrooms and topped with freshly baked puff pastry)

Slices of Home-cooked Ham Salad served with salad and a bowl of chips

Lockerbie Cheddar Cheese and Pineapple Salad served with a bowl of chips

Freshly baked homemade sponge cake filled with jam and fresh cream, homemade scone with fresh double cream and strawberry jam, slices of bread and butter together with Tea and Coffee
